Reniss is a multilingual singer and songwriter from Cameroon. She began her career by featuring on African artist and super-producer, Jovi's, first album, H.I.V, in 2012. In 2013, Reniss released her debut EP, Afrikan LuV, along with her video "C'est La Vie." In 2014, she appeared on Jovi's single and video, "B.A.S.T.A.R.D", and is a featured artist on New Bell Music's compilation EP, Lord Have Mercy, and Jovi's album Mboko God. Her video "Michael Jackson," featuring Jovi was released right before her second EP Milkish in 2015. In May 2016, Reniss released the video for her single, "La Sauce" She is current sign to New Bell Music Label.
On October 24, 2016, Reniss released her debut LP "Tendon" to critical acclaim. She has been featured on Peabody-award winning Afropop's Fresh Cuts, award-wining Music Time in Africa, okayafrica, BBC Afrique, Je Wanda, Afripop, The Star Newspaper (South Africa) and numerous other publications.

Biography
Reniss is a multilingual singer and songwriter from Mankon, Cameroon, who grew up in Douala. Reniss has developed a style that combines pop music, traditional African styles, and subject matter that connects with people across cultures.
Performing since she was 16, she sings in French, English, Pidgin and Ngemba. She blends languages and genres effortlessly together, creating a truly original Cameroonian sound. Reniss’ music has been described as “tribal pop”, as she mixes hip hop and electronic dance music with traditional African rhythms and dialects.
Reniss began singing in her church as a teenager, and was quickly made choir leader, due to her natural talent arranging and directing the music program, taking her choir to events across Cameroon. She began working with Cameroon's top producer, Jovi, in 2010, eventually creating a new, original sound called "Mboko Pop."
Since 2010, Reniss has released two EPs, Afrikan Luv and Milkish, and her 2016 debut LP "Tendon". Her hit song "La Sauce" propelled her to international stardom, becoming the anthem for Cameroon's national football team, in their successful bid to become Champions of the 2017 African Cup of Nations.
She has been featured in Peabody award-winning music publication Afripop Worldwide and award-winning Music Time in Africa on VOA. She has also been featured in music and culture publications around the world including the BBC, Jeune Afrique, Le Monde, Afripop, Je Wanda, and many others.
