    Samy Diko, de son vrai nom Samuel DIKONGUE, est un artiste musicien d’origine camerounaise, chanteur du Makossa et de l’afro zouk, se balade de temps en temps dans la world music.

    A son actif il compte six albums et fait des tourneés à travers le monde. Ambassadeur de bonnes oeuvres auprès de la Première Dame du cameroun à travers les Synergies Africaines, defend et soutient avec force les enfants malades du Sida et du paludisme au cameroun et dans toute l’Afrique.
    Le 1 des 1 comme on aime bien l’appeler, meilleur artiste camerounais et meilleur album de l’année en 2000, 2001 et 2003, Golden d’or du meilleur artiste camerounais de la diaspora 2005 et 2006, il fait un concert a l’Olympia de Paris en première partie de JB Mpiana, fait deux fois le Bataclan de Paris et preste une fois au Kora Music Awards.

    Samy Diko a réalise son premier album solo, après avoir quitté le groupe appelé « Les Sans Visas », dont il était le chanteur principal. Son album intitulé « Mon Mari », réalisé en 1997, a connu un franc succès. Et il sera consacré au Cameroun « Révélation Musicale », avec plus de 40.000 cassettes vendues.

    Il est tres certainement un des artistes ayant suscité le plus d’espoir dans le coeur des Camerounais ,Samy Diko est un de ces artistes qu’on dit etre de charme. le « un des uns » comme il se fait appeller fait ses debuts dans les sans visas de Petit Pays, groupe reference oú il passe deux années avant d’entamer une carriere solo. Il fait de son coup d’essai un coup de maitre avec l’album mon « mari » avec lequel il obtient le disque de l’année, la consecration vient ensuite avec « Evolution » Album qui fait de lui la tete de serie de la nouvelle generation, ensuite viendront, »Merci », « Perseverance », « Kotema », toujours avec un souci de perfection.
